1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files that a website stores in the browser to remember information needed for its operation. This policy describes the cookies used by the Rikisimo website. The Rikisimo mobile app is covered by the Privacy Policy.
2. Controller

The suffix or exact technical name of an ASP.NET Core cookie may vary for security or configuration reasons without changing the purpose described above.
4. No analytics or advertising cookies
Rikisimo does not currently install web analytics, behavioral advertising, profiling, social-media tracking pixels, or equivalent non-essential cookies. Links to WhatsApp, Instagram, TropiPay, and other external services do not install their cookies on the Rikisimo website merely by being displayed. If the visitor opens those services, the third party applies its own cookie and privacy information.
5. Why no consent banner is shown
The cookies currently used are necessary to provide functions expressly requested by the visitor, protect forms and accounts, maintain the cart, or remember the language selected by the visitor. They are not used for advertising or behavioral tracking. For this reason, Rikisimo informs about them but does not request consent through a banner. If a non-essential cookie is introduced, it will be blocked until the required consent has been obtained and this policy will be updated.
6. Browser controls
The visitor may delete or block cookies using the browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent the cart, login, language preference, forms, or other website functions from working properly. Browser help pages explain how to view, delete, and block stored cookies.
7. Changes
Rikisimo will review this policy whenever a cookie, analytics service, embedded content, payment integration, or tracking technology is added or changed. The current version and effective date will remain available on this page.
